How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of www.whatevertings.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://www.whatevertings.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Great quality microphone, if you're looking for one, buy it without fear, just to play or how much to record.
I arrived very well in Mexico in less than a week, I arrived with the box practically to the 100%, the microphone in terms of 100% exterior quality, sound volume and quality I give it a 90% but nothing that a good sound interface does not fix. It is very beautiful aesthetically, and great shopping experience arrived fast and in good condition.
Fast shipping to Canada. This is the 2nd Fifine product I own (see pictures), and they feel very high quality. this microphone is larger than expected. The dynamic microphone is ok, but it does pick up some sounds in the environment. overall I am very happy with the product

Everything came on time, everything is whole. The box was slightly crumpled. The microphone works completely, it is beautiful. I recommend, I took a replacement A8. As there is a lot of extraneous noise.
Very good, arrived in about 15 days. Didn't come sealed, a little worn box and the microphone body scratched, but nothing that gets in the way of use. It's actually plug in play, but the microphone should be pointed at your mouth, up to a palm and a half it picks up well (with the high sensitivity). Even recording with fan on it doesn't have much background noise, but you can hear it on the return messing with the mouse and that. I have a headset from the SteelSeries, the Artic NOVA Pro wireless, and with the 3,5mm cable that came with it I connected the microphone to the base, and now I can hear the microphone return perfectly. Very top .. If you want a microphone cost benefit, that takes little noise from the environment, within the consignment limit, I think this is the best option.

Excellent microphone at the beginning I was not heard well I needed to put the volume boost at 4 in the OBS and it will be very good, the quality of the microphone was awesome used by Fifine A6V and the quality was much worse but not bad and now I have switched to this AM8, the sound is really very good and all my 70 subscribers in YouTube appreciated the new microphone normally😎I advise everyone to buy it, I use it on the table without pantograph and it's all good

Sensational product. Built with high quality material, high quality USB Type A connection and speed on PC. When connected the phone in the same, it employs excellent sound quality, better than connecting the phone straight to the PC.
Shipment was very fast, arrived on time. The box came well packed and arrived intact, just plug it is already working and the LED is very strong, the audio quality is amazing .. If your voice is ugly, it will remain ugly but now with professional quality kkkk, and I would advise to buy an articulated arm, because depending on the distance the microphone is away from the mouth may end up being very low.
