Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

The product is excellent all as in the pictures. The only couple of nuances-the distance between the links is very, straight very small in connection with which the chain is very dense and hardly twisted, if so can be said. And the second-the height of the link is more than its thickness in connection with which the front part of the chain (which with stones) turns over to the side and the stones are are not I advise you to take 24) and so everything is very cool. I'm sure that the coating of "Silver Color" will soon tear off but also the goods cost 4 $ not 200 ;)

I ordered two chains and they arrived in 2 weeks to the UK, considering COVID the delivery is very fast. The chain itself is in good condition, the clasp is very sturdy so it won’t be snatched of your neck easily or even just fall. I haven’t tested the shine on the stones but I’m sure they’ll be fine. I ordered one in gold and white gold and they both have a nice polished look. I recommend this product as a gift or even personal wear.
